We provide convenient internet air cards through Sprint that one may use while staying as a guest with us.
These cards work with both Windows and Mac operating systems, and are super fast! For those who prefer an ethernet connection,
cable modems are also available. |

| Pets and Pet Policy |

We are pet-friendly! However, pets are an additional responsibility for each resident in the apartment.
If not properly controlled and cared for, pets can disturb others or cause damage. If you choose to bring your pet, please
practice preventative measures to minimize problems. |

| Renter's Insurance |
 |
We strongly recommend that each resident carries renter's insurance. Renter's Insurance offers protection in case
of an accident during your stay. It also protects your personal belongings, and is especially useful if you bring valuables. Temporary
Housing Unlimited deals with licensed agents that assume your liability and make sure you are covered.

Sometimes, especially when between homes, it is wise to establish a local phone number to be transferred after permanent housing
is established. Local phone services are also useful in case of emergency or when one does not own a cell phone. Finally, local phone service can
decrease the rates of long-distance calls. |
