Housing Unlimited is a worldwide provider
of fully-furnished short term accommodations
ideal for short term work assignments, buyers
between homes, training programs, extended
vacations, and other temporary needs. We
offer one, two, and three bedroom, furnished
apartments with your lifestyle, location,
and budget in mind. With flexible lease
terms, you'll find it is like living in
your own home.
What
kind of housing do you provide?
Temporary
Housing Unlimited has one, two, and three
bedroom, fully furnished apartments to offer
you. Our furnished apartments include stylish
furniture, extensive housewares packages,
washer and dryers, utilities, television,
and basic extended cable. At many of our
properties, you will find a variety of amenities
from fitness centers and pools to business
centers and tennis courts.
How
do you find temporary housing?
Our
staff is dedicated to finding accommodations
that are suited for your needs. Through
our network of apartment communities, Temporary
Housing is able to provide you with accommodations
where ever you may need them.
How
does the process work?
Simply
fill out our reservation request form online,
email us, or call our office and the journey
starts. Once Temporary Housing Unlimited
has your information, we begin looking for
the apartment that best fits your lifestyle.
Upon finding the perfect location for you,
you will need to fill out our application,
either online or by calling us directly
on our toll free number, and pay a $50.00
application fee. Upon credit approval and
completion of a national criminal background
check, we will require a major credit card,
a non-refundable cleaning fee, a signed
lease for the length of your stay, and payment
prior to move-in. When the paperwork is
completed, we will send you a Welcome Letter
detailing your apartment information and
Lock Box instructions for easy access to
your new home.
What
about utility charges?
Standard
cable TV, and utility allowances are included
in your monthly rent. Local and Long Distance
Phone Service is also available as an option.
What
kind of notice to vacate is required?
We
require a full 30-day written notice of
when you intend to vacate the apartment.
If an extension beyond your lease term is
needed, we require you to notify us prior
to your original move out date located on
the intent to vacate form. You have an option
to extend in 14 day increments or less than
14 days at a higher daily rate. These forms
are available to you online or by contacting
us directly.
What
about pets?
Most
pets are welcomed in most locations; however,
aggressive breeds are restricted from all
apartment communities. These communities
require a pet fee which is non-refendable
based on weight. There is a two pet limit
per apartment. In some cases, a pet deposit
may be required. You must call us directly
for details and pet regulations.
What
areas of the country do you service?
While
we specialize in South Carolina, we have
locations throughout the United States and
have the ability to accommodate you worldwide.

What
are your rates?
Since
we provide housing all over the world, it
is impossible to quote a rate without details
on your particular needs. Rates can vary
depending on your location, length of stay,
and the services you may require. Please

your specific needs and one of our sales
representatives will be happy to assist
and provide you with special pricing.
